Why it doesn’t work when I connect the Lepow monitor with my devices by USB Type-C cable?

1. Not all Type-C ports can support signals. Please check the Type-C port of your devices is full-function.

2.Please check the Type-C cable you used is a USB 3.1 Gen2 cable (the original one) or not. Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

What should I do if my Lepow monitor keeps flashing/restarting?

Flashing or continuously restarting is usually caused by not enough power supply. Please plug in the wall charger to the Type-C port of the monitor for enough power supply (5V/2A or above).

Does my iPhone/iPad work with the Lepow monitor by the Apple charging cable?

No, it doesn’t work. If you want to connect the monitor to your iPhone/iPad, you need a lightning to HDMI adapter.

I have charged my Lepow monitor for several hours. Why does it fail to turn on?

The Lepow monitor does not have a built-in battery. Before connecting the monitor, please make sure it has enough power (5V/2A or above) coming in firstly.

Can lost or damaged accessories be replaced?
